Michelle will gently guide you through a beautiful meditation accompanied by the profound tone and vibration of these incredible crystal bowls. She will spend time working in depth with each of the seven chakra centers giving you the opportunity to experience deep clearing and healing in each energy center of your body.
Michelle will also lead the participants in a beautiful ceremony of setting intentions for the coming year into the vibrations of the crystal bowls.
